Jo was part of the team that were finalists in one of the Institute of IT Training's E-Learning Project of the Year Awards.
Recent Projects
- Creating an e-learning module to support the introduction of a Word template within a Government department.
- Creating e-learning modules for a large UK charity.
- Creating e-learning modules for a number of US and UK law firms for software products including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Interwoven(iManage), Hummingbird, Carpe Diem, Elite and Workshare products.
- Creating a number of e-learning modules and writing scripts for instructor-led sessions to support the introduction of a new client management system within a large UK law firm.
- Providing e-learning consultancy services to a Midlands based law firm.
- Standardising the IT documentation provided on the internal intranet for a large UK law firm.

From 2001 to 2004, Jo Pearson worked as an E-learning Consultant for an international law firm where her responsibilities included:
- Design and creation of e-learning materials - this material was used both internally and sold via a reseller to other firms;
- Providing consultancy services with regard to the use of e-learning within the firm;
- Marketing of e-learning within the firm to increase awareness and usage;
- Analysis of e-learning usage including production of statistical reports for senior management;
- Case study presentations to external companies;
- Seminar and Conference presentations show-casing the use of e-learning within the firm.
